Australian manufacturer Zip Industries has released an all-new range of the world’s most advanced drinking water appliance for homes and offices.

The Zip HydroTap G4 combines all the best features of the previous generation as well as innovative new technology. Zip HydroTap is the only appliance that delivers boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered drinking water through a single tap and compact underbench unit.

Company spokesperson Tom Fisher said: “18 years ago the first Zip HydroTap was launched and we have applied all of this experience to completely redesign the new Zip HydroTap G4 from the inside out.”

The new G4 underbench unit is around 30% smaller than the previous generation and features multiple safety and energy saving modes, which exceed the requirements of building codes.

Zip HydroTap G4 provides tastier and healthier filtered drinking water thanks to the advanced 0.2 micron filtration system, which is up to 25-times more efficient than the average filter in the market.

Zip Ambassador Jamie Durie said at the Zip HydroTap G4 launch: “The integrated, NSF-certified filter removes dirt and contaminants such as chlorine and impurities as tiny as one five-thousandth of a millimetre, including cryptosporidium and Giardia.

“This intelligent design ensures beneficial elements such as fluoride remain in the water, providing you with filtered drinking water you can trust.”

The Zip HydroTap G4 is environmentally friendly. It features energy-efficient micro-technology that uses up to 53% less power on standby than previous models and has a choice of four energy-saving settings. The improved, low-energy, air-cooled system with inbuilt cross-ventilation doesn’t dump water to waste, making it a great choice for the environmentally conscious.

Over the years, the Zip HydroTap has earned a reputation for unparalleled reliability. The new Zip HydroTap G4 is now so reliable it’s offered with a five-year warranty supported by Zip Industries’ nation-wide installation and service team.

The Zip HydroTap G4 is available in a range of different combinations and colour ranges, including gloss and matt black, bright chrome and brushed chrome.
