Resolution Copper announced the recipients of the company’s 2016 Supplier of the Year and 2016 Small Supplier of the Year award.

The 2016 Supplier of the Year was awarded to G4S Secure Solutions of Phoenix, AZ. G4S has 13 employees living within the Copper Triangle area working at Resolution Copper. The 2016 Small Business Supplier of the Year was awarded to Jonovich Companies of Globe, AZ.

“We’re proud to recognize G4S Secure Solutions and Jonovich Companies for their excellent performance in 2016,” said Andrew Lye, project director, Resolution Copper. Lye continued, “both companies are committed to safety and best-in-class business performance — and their focus on employees creates a great culture that integrates well with Resolution Copper. We are fortunate to partner with great suppliers who are committed to maintaining the highest standard in business, “he said. “It’s important for Resolution Copper to recognize our most outstanding suppliers, and that’s what this award is all about.”

This year Resolution Copper received a record-high number of nominations which reflects well on all of our contractors, suppliers and vendors,” said Bob Bunting, procurement superintendent.

In its third year, the award recognizes the outstanding efforts of companies that support the Resolution Copper project in the areas of safety, performance, environmental compliance, contract cost control and meeting project timelines.
